    I started Jenny Craig on February 5, 2019 and as of December 22, 2019 to current day I have lost 92.6 lbs!!!! Now I am just trying to maintain and so far it has been pretty easy. I just wanted to tell somebody

    I'm so excited to get started! I gained 12lbs and can't seem to shake the weight. I just turned 56 and it seems with every year it becomes more difficult to maintain my weight. I love Jenny Craig's food and support you provide. Here's to a healthier, happier me!

    I've been on Jenny Craig for 3 months now on a Reduced Fat menu and have now lost 38 pounds. I'm very proud of myself for continuing to never eat anything that isn't on my menu for the week. I wish everyone else success too.

    Rapid Results Week 1 - I’m down 5.2 pounds! Super happy! It was so easy & stress free. I love not having to think about what I’m going to eat. The food is delicious! Let’s all stay on plan and have an amazing week!

    Hey peeps! Just wanted to share that I rejoined the program first week of Jan. (on week 2 now). I had previously done JC program, lost about 62 lbs and 'cured' my Type II diabetes. Then, went off program and started to regain, realized I needed to 'solve' issues other than diet, which impact my diet; how I work, where I live, etc. I actually moved, bought house, left the place that was making me stress eat, depression, etc. -- but 2 years after going off, I'd gained 30 lbs back. Back on Jenny, and now that I've solved the 'bad things' in my life, hoping to get back to my milestone, then move on from there. One fun thing I did last time 'round and am redoing again is taking photos of my meals, to volumize, and force myself to actually eat at dining room table vs in front of TV at night or at my work desk during the day. I've been again sharing those photos on Twitter and FB under the public tag #ChrisOnJennyCraig -- no sponsored posts, no paid nonsense; just me sharing the food and perhaps to give others ideas on "what you can do" easily with some fruit and veggies to make each meal an actual meal to stave off hunger, or 'double dipping' on the frozen stuff by not eating enough salad, fruit, nuts, etc. Great to be back! 🙂

    I started January 6 and as of today I've lost 41 pounds. The food is fabulous. I started on 1,500 calories now I'm on 1,200. I love the food and the results are amazing.

    I started Jenny on January 7, 2020 and as of today I've lost 30 pounds. I love being on Jenny Craig. I signed up for the VIP for 2 years and plan on getting to my ultimate goal before the 2 years ends. I wish everyone great success too.

    I start JC 2 weeks ago and the most important change has been the bloating has subsided. I have lost approx 4 lbs but with the bloating gone my clothes fit so much better. That alone is making me motivated so today I'm going to the gym.

    YEE HAW, the center in Shrewsbury, New Jersey is open for getting on the scale only, for now. I'm so excited because I love Jenny's scale way better than I like mine. I was so excited to go into the center this past Sunday. It was awesome being able to see Linda, in person. 👌

    I am about to start working from home. I thought I would capitalize on the additional free time to invest in myself by improving my heath.. Step one - loose weight! i have never tried a weight loss program before. I am new to this. My food is on its way. Will I need to buy fresh vegetables? and what are you allowed to drink ... is it water only... tea ? is splenda ok?

    Started three weeks ago, and at first I thought "oh great only I would start a diet when the world is getting so stressful." But 3 weeks later and 10 pounds down, I feel like its the ONE thing I can control right now and it feels great!

    I'm on a reduced fat, 1,200 calorie menu. There are many times I want more food after I eat and having cravings. I'm very proud of myself for working through it and not giving in. Because I'm so motivated to lose the weight I need, I concentrate on something else and then I'm good. There is no way I will ever give in to eating anything else that is not on my menu. i wish everyone else the same motivation.

    I've been on Jenny Craig now for 11 weeks and as of today, March 15, 2020, I've lost 36 pounds. The food is fantastic, my coach is awesome, and I love being on the Jenny Craig program.

    I JUST REJOINED JENNY AFTER A VERY LONG TIME. THE PROFILE PHOTO ON MY ACCOUNT WAS NEARLY EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN ON NUTRISYSTEM, ATKINS, OTHER MEAL DELIVERIES, SLIMFAST, LEAN CUISINE, ETC ETC. MY WEIGHT ALWAYS GOES BACK TO AROUND 195 MY BODY LOVES IT THERE AND DOESN'T LIKE TO LEAVE THERE FOR LONG. THE PHOTO ON THE RIGHT BELOW IS 2020 WITH MY GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER. THE POUNDS ARE STUCK TO ME LIKE A TICK AND I CHANGED MY PROFILE NAME TO REALITY CHECK. AT 71 I NEED A GOOD REALITY CHECK. TIME TO SAVE SOME YEARS TO LIVE THE REMAINDER OF MY YEARS WITH A GOOD HEALTHY LIFE. I KEPT PUTTING OFF REJOINING JENNY BECAUSE OF THE COST BUT FINALLY THE TASTE OF THE FOOD WON OUT AND I HAD TO UN TIGHTEN MY PURSE STRINGS. LOSING WEIGHT NOW IS NOT FOR LOOKS ANYMORE, IT IS FOR HEALTH.

    Attention Jenny Craig Senior Management: On your website's Food screens, where users can see what foods are available and read more about such foods, it would be wonderful if your IT Team would add a star-rating system, where your logged-in clients could rate the entrees and snacks ... this just might help some of us to decide if the dish is something we wish to try. A few years ago, I tried Nutrisystem and users were able to rate and comment all food products; it was a valuable feature (and it was appreciated). Thank you for listening and for your consideration!

    Great to join this group! Began this journey 12-29-19. Down 2lbs my first week and dropped body fat from 30.1% to 29.7%. On my way to reaching my goal of losing 38lbs 🥳 I know it will be a long journey but trying to keep a pace of losing 1-2 lbs a week.     Its been 25 years and I am back. I jumped 20 lbs in the last 2 years, and hope to lose some before our trip to Hawaii in February 14th. Celebrating 20 years marriage and 1 year sobriety.

    Anybody else have a lot to lose? Hearing about the folks that have to lose 10 or 15 pounds is not super helpful when you need to lose 100. Is there a blog for "long haulers"?

    I’ll be starting next week. Can anyone give me an idea of how much it’ll cost for the food? I called today and was given the choice of two programs to follow but I was wondering how much it’ll cost me for the food. The person said people usually order two weeks of food at a time. I’m thinking if I set aside $400.00 that would be enough for 2 weeks of food.

    Hi there, Thanks for sharing all those great recipes! I can't wait to try some out. Also, gotta get me some PB2! Question, your recipes typically have additions other than veggies. How does that work into the Jenny plan? Like your Cinnamon Roll french toast, there's milk and an egg white added in. Is that in place of the standard JC menu of a milk serving/greek yogurt? Also, you should publish a cookbook and sign me up for a preorder.

    I want to provide feedback it the JC HQ on the condition of their centers. The environment that one visits has an impact on your clients image of YOU. Some of the centers are newer and in fine condition but specifically the Santa Monica location needs to be refreshed desperately. Located in one of the most affluent areas of the country, you would think that people at Head Quarters would want a facility that steps up to the community it services. Don’t get me wrong, the people (your staff) are outstanding but the shop worn and dreary center is a distraction. Please give us a place that we not only look forward to meeting with the people that help us but one where we are not distracted by the surroundings. Thanks for listening!
