Ok ...so Not only am I doing JC but through my insurance I have an app called Brook+ and basically I do the same thing as on the JC app...like logging weight...food...activity etc. And I have an accountability coach through that app too...Anyhow I was sent for free a digital wi-fi scale to help record my weight loss and it automatically tells me how much I lost since the last time I stepped on the scale..how cool is that?. Today I get an email that told me I was eligible to get a free FitBit through my insurance and this app...Now I already have the Charge 3,

  15. Just started the Rapids Results Max today. Im a previous Platinum member from many years ago. I have between 60-75lbs to lose...65 is a good goal for me and puts me in thinner but curvy build. I just turned 50 in February and Im just so disgusted and disappointed in myself. Last week when we were getting ready to go out to a nice dinner...even my husband couldnt find anything for me to wear that fit....thats when HE knew it was time to get back on JC.   16. Dang I cant believe i've already dropped 43 pounds on this diet since early november 2020. It has been interesting, but i am loving it and determined to reach my goal and drop another 22 pounds hopefully by summer time who knows.

  18. Hello JC community! I just started Rapid Results Max this past Monday. So today is day 4! I am going on 52 and I am so unhealth and miserable! I am working from home and so it is so much harder to eat well and exercise! That is why i decided to try the Rapid Results Max with my food/menu planned for me and delivered to my door! I am doing "baby steps" with regards to exercise. I am trying to do laps across my apartment a few times a day (in between working. I work on my computer taking incoming customer service calls).   20. Day 1 in progress. It is 1:45 and I have already logged 60 ounces of water and green tea. I didn't sleep so well last night and therefore, did not get up before work to exercise. The plan is to get off work and go for a walk, weather permitting. Otherwise, I will get on the elliptical at home. So far so good in the food department. I certainly do not feel hungry since I am eating more often now than I was before. I do like that about Jenny; eating small portions all throughout the day.   27. Ive been walking on my treadmill this week, 30 minutes minimum. I have asthma and COPD and a herniated disc in my L4/S1 so its been tough for me, but Im pushing through...I know that losing the weight will drastically help ease the pain in my back as well as help my arthritis! I have several friends on their own journey...with WW and 75hard and others. We are all roughly the same age within a couple years of each other so we all know the aches and pains of our ages LOL! They have been instrumental in helping to keep me accountable and motivated...seeing them succeed daily makes ME want t

  29. Does anybody ever feel the need for cheat/treat meals or days while on Jenny Craig? When I first joined, barely 3 weeks ago, I said, "Every month for doing good I'm going to give myself a treat/cheat day" Now, it's down to, "Maybe just give myself a treat/cheat meal and a good stiff drink" Honestly, the food makes me feel like I don't need a treat/cheat day or meal. But I'm getting that drink!

  30. I am back again, hopefully for the final time. I have done Jenny Craig 2 or 3 times in the past, and each time I lost approx. 20 pounds and then would quit for one reason or another. I just ordered my first week of food online. I have my first meeting with my coach on Saturday. My thought process was that I wanted to get my first shipment of food ordered so I could be ready to start shortly after meeting with her, rather than wait another week to get going. Wish me luck!   33. Hey, all! I'm returning to JC after a hiatus of about 8 years. (I actually used to be a Program Director/Assistant Center Director 10 years ago...so, somewhat involved ;)) I'm on week two and I'm so happy to be back. I honestly think a lot of the foods taste better now, and I'm in such a better place mentally for this. At forty, I love my body more and that makes this easier--not so much up and down emotionally. Doing the Jenny MAX program, and I'm just living for the convenience and steady loss. Here's to 25 pounds off! (5 down so far!)

  37. Return Client. I started the beginning of January 2021. I have lost 33.8 lbs . In the beginning it was really slower than I anticipated, but I added walking and its been a steady 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week. My coach Tamika is wonderful. I am 4 pounds away from my half-way point.

  38. Good morning! Woke up really early today...like 5:30am to some birds chirping outside my window...they sounded like a marching band LOL! Took a while to fall back asleep! Somehow I took a mild sprain on my ankle yesterday, I have no clue how I did it, I just know I have weak ankles so I wasnt surprised, a small bruise is already starting to show up, so this means no fast walking on my treadmill today Thank goodness I dont need crutches, it only hurts if I turn my foot a certain way.   39. When I scan a bar code on a non JC item, like mixed nuts, does the app take into account all the nutrition stats? I did not buy JC snacks so I went with nuts. The item appeared properly but I don't know if it accounted for the calories, etc. Is there a place to see what calories were actually consumed? I've chosen 1200 cal Simple Plan but I'm not certain if I am staying in the zone with the Other Foods (scant oil, butter etc.) Down this week 5.8 lbs, WOOOO HOOOOO

  42. Just a few tips: Little or no salt, 0 percent greek yogurt, hydrate, and enjoy all the Jenny Craig food. I cut out salt on the second week and it has made a big difference. When I weighed this morning I was down 12 pounds in 2 weeks and one day...........also don't forget to walk more.

  43. I have been watching "my 600-lb life" and it has created a couple of different reactions in me. On the one hand, I am horrified while on the other hand...I can empathize with the out-of-control eating. I'm also inspired by the courageous and dramatic weight loss experienced by so many people. I have noticed I have been out of breath when I climb the stairs and I can feel my heart thumping away in response to my bigger size (5'6" 230 lbs).   47. "RESTARTING" Journey to 62 lbs ~ Guess there is nothing wrong with restarting? That is what I tell myself. I've loss 62 lbs before and I know that it takes focus, hard work and a commitment.
