  4. I'm starting today. I lost my husband almost two years ago; the first year I lost 20 pounds, because I was too distraught to eat. Then COVID hit, and I was stressed and began stressed eating. Stress and boredom are my downfalls. My sweetie and I would spend time in the evenings watching our favorite shows, or just laughing. Now my evenings are spent alone with nothing but "free" time to do nothing but eat and snack. I'm hoping to find something to fill my time besides food.
