Hey peeps! Just wanted to share that I rejoined the program first week of Jan. (on week 2 now). I had previously done JC program, lost about 62 lbs and 'cured' my Type II diabetes. Then, went off program and started to regain, realized I needed to 'solve' issues other than diet, which impact my diet; how I work, where I live, etc. I actually moved, bought house, left the place that was making me stress eat, depression, etc. -- but 2 years after going off, I'd gained 30 lbs back. Back on Jenny, and now that I've solved the 'bad things' in my life, hoping to get back to my milestone, then move on from there. One fun thing I did last time 'round and am redoing again is taking photos of my meals, to volumize, and force myself to actually eat at dining room table vs in front of TV at night or at my work desk during the day. I've been again sharing those photos on Twitter and FB under the public tag #ChrisOnJennyCraig -- no sponsored posts, no paid nonsense; just me sharing the food and perhaps to give others ideas on "what you can do" easily with some fruit and veggies to make each meal an actual meal to stave off hunger, or 'double dipping' on the frozen stuff by not eating enough salad, fruit, nuts, etc. Great to be back! 🙂

I start JC 2 weeks ago and the most important change has been the bloating has subsided. I have lost approx 4 lbs but with the bloating gone my clothes fit so much better. That alone is making me motivated so today I'm going to the gym.

Attention Jenny Craig Senior Management: On your website's Food screens, where users can see what foods are available and read more about such foods, it would be wonderful if your IT Team would add a star-rating system, where your logged-in clients could rate the entrees and snacks ... this just might help some of us to decide if the dish is something we wish to try. A few years ago, I tried Nutrisystem and users were able to rate and comment all food products; it was a valuable feature (and it was appreciated). Thank you for listening and for your consideration!

Great to join this group! Began this journey 12-29-19. Down 2lbs my first week and dropped body fat from 30.1% to 29.7%. On my way to reaching my goal of losing 38lbs 🥳 I know it will be a long journey but trying to keep a pace of losing 1-2 lbs a week. It will be great to bounce results off of and give support to members along the way 👍 SW 201.3 lbs CW 199.3 lbs GW 163 lbs Total

Its been 25 years and I am back. I jumped 20 lbs in the last 2 years, and hope to lose some before our trip to Hawaii in February 14th. Celebrating 20 years marriage and 1 year sobriety.

Another big workout day. 10 minutes of yoga stretching 60 minutes of stationary bike spinning (hard)...am 60 minutes of recumbent bike (light) pm 75 minutes on the golf driving range pm 10 minutes of stretching and situps on inversion table pm 30 minutes in the hot tub 45 minutes is the massage chair. That is a SPA DAY, shipmates. Looks like we figured out the recent weight gain. SALTING those rutabaga fries was the culprit as today's weight was down 1 lb after eating them yesterday without SALT. Thanks for all your help @ChristiS, @missbumble, @BeccaBecca, @Cynthy, @TerraFirma, @catlady10 You guys make this much easier than last time round. V/r Tom R

Just kicked off my plan today. I’ve had two calls with my consultant. And I can tell I need to swap. I feel like she’s checking off a list when I’m on the line and not even listening. I literally said “I was in the ER all day yesterday and the doc confirmed Influenza A and pneumonia” — her response “Got it. What motivates you to stay on the plan?” I couldn’t even answer. I was done. Both calls were like that. And I left with so many questions. Has anyone ever asked for a new consultant? Eek.

I’ll be starting next week. Can anyone give me an idea of how much it’ll cost for the food? I called today and was given the choice of two programs to follow but I was wondering how much it’ll cost me for the food. The person said people usually order two weeks of food at a time. I’m thinking if I set aside $400.00 that would be enough for 2 weeks of food.

If you have gained weight while on the program, get your thyroid levels checked. That’s how I found out I was hypothyroid.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing all those great recipes! I can't wait to try some out. Also, gotta get me some PB2! Question, your recipes typically have additions other than veggies. How does that work into the Jenny plan? Like your Cinnamon Roll french toast, there's milk and an egg white added in. Is that in place of the standard JC menu of a milk serving/greek yogurt? Also, you should publish a cookbook and sign me up for a preorder.

Hi, I joined the program on January 4th. Last week I received my DNA results and my weight loss consultant switched me to the low carb plan. In this plan I have as afternoon snacks vegetables and healthy fats. I was wondering if you could give me examples of those easy to have while at the office. Thank you in advance for your advice and tips 😉

Hi everyone. I followed the Jenny Craig plan a few years ago. I am working on losing the pounds I’ve gained since then. I need support from the community to get back on track.

I want to provide feedback it the JC HQ on the condition of their centers. The environment that one visits has an impact on your clients image of YOU. Some of the centers are newer and in fine condition but specifically the Santa Monica location needs to be refreshed desperately. Located in one of the most affluent areas of the country, you would think that people at Head Quarters would want a facility that steps up to the community it services. Don’t get me wrong, the people (your staff) are outstanding but the shop worn and dreary center is a distraction. Please give us a place that we not only look forward to meeting with the people that help us but one where we are not distracted by the surroundings. Thanks for listening!

just re joined. I am at 194. A terrifying high for me. I feel so ashamed. I have struggled with my weight for over thirty years. all i want is to lose weight.. whenever i have a gain, or a slip, I quit the program. This time, I want to stick it out, even though it is hard. I want to see how far I can go. I like the simplicity of it. feeling quite nervous though.

susan you miss the same things I do......so let us get a group to fight for it............years ago they took the triple chocolate cheese cake away and I got a group together we inundated JC with letters and phone calls and guess what it came back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,that was a long time ago ,,,,,,,,,my center manager and I talk about it all the time..........but things get done when you have numbers of supporters to help so let us start a group and fight for some things we want back........that chocolate muffin was the bomb and my cinnamon twists were great but now the french toast..i reached goal a long time ago and I continue to purchase every week from Jenny ...........but if then discontinue this then I will stop................not right not to survey your customers when you go on the boards here and see how people react then help us..........

Great to read your messages, very uplifting! I started Monday and started reading the blogs and there were a lot of negative comments So far the food is great and when I have a question and call the center they are most helpful. Looking forward to the next 3 months and finally getting rid of this extra weight! Shirley

I don't know about air frying brussel sprouts. I have never tried that but I boil them in a little water just enough to tenderize them then a teaspoon of coconut oil in a skillet to coat them and what ever other seasoning you may add.

@missbumble you are so encouraging and such an inspiration to me. Thank you for all of your thoughtful posts to help us along. I am very close to you in weight. My weigh-in yesterday was 178.6. I am 5'6" and have set my goal at 140 which may be a bit too ambitious. Anyway, I appreciate your posts! :-) Cindi

Hi Laura, I saw your post and thought that I'd check out your profile. I can't even believe it, my husband Jeff and I and our two sons moved a year ago from Concord after 20 plus years in the WC area to the El Dorado Hills up 50 past Sac. I thought I'd check you out because we're close in age, I'm 44 and we have about the same amount to lose. I also started last Friday.
