  1. Really Frustrated and Depressed! I just completed my first week of Rapid Results. I stuck to the plan perfectly and I did not lose an ounce!!!! I am the same weight! Should I quit and conclude this plan does not work for me? I am not used to eating so many carbs and so much food. Maybe my metabolism is too slow for Jenny Craig. My consultant just said to keep at it but, ya know, she is motivated by commissions. How do I know when to throw in the towel? If I had zero weight loss on a subsequent week, I would know that it won't come off every week and I would not be upset. But my first
