  1. Priceless...As a person who has tried to lose over the years - JC is priceless. I could say I save money on alcohol and eating out - but the real thing is my life is better. I would rather drive less of a car then not be able to get JC meals. Just my two cents.

  6. I recommend trying these even if you don’t favor the hot version. I mixed up a very ripe half of banana with the spray and vanilla before adding the dry oatmeal. My small cookie scoop came in handy. The finished cookie stuck to the unsprayed foil but I was able to lift gently off once almost cool. I am a cookie fan and these turned out like real cookies. I will definitely do this again when the oatmeal comes up on my menu!

  10. I have diabetes and every since I’ve been on JC I have not only lost weight but my sugar has been normal I have been on the program for 4 weeks and I’ve lost 11 lbs YAH I FEEL GREAT I want to lose another 25 lbs

  12. What genes are specifically being tested? I got my results back but it didn’t say in the analysis. I’d like to know as I have a background in genomics and obesity so I can actually understand a fair amount without needing to have a genetic counselor go over every detail with me! Thanks.
