I recommend trying these even if you don’t favor the hot version. I mixed up a very ripe half of banana with the spray and vanilla before adding the dry oatmeal. My small cookie scoop came in handy. The finished cookie stuck to the unsprayed foil but I was able to lift gently off once almost cool. I am a cookie fan and these turned out like real cookies. I will definitely do this again when the oatmeal comes up on my menu!
