  2. I have tried many diets over my lifetime, but this article is one of the reasons Jenny Craig has been my most successful one. I found these tips very helpful, and I enjoy all of the Jenny meals and snacks, and never feel like I am giving something up. Thank you!

  3. Make a parfait by layering sugar-free jello, non-fat Greek yogurt and mixed berries. Another version is sugar free whipped topping instead of yogurt making a sweeter treat with fewer calories.

  4. I had my phone consult today and eliminated some of the foods I do not like. I feel much more confident about sticking to it knowing I'm able to choose some of the foods I like each week instead of accepting what is on the menu already. Here's hoping for a successful week.   22. I recommend trying these even if you don’t favor the hot version. I mixed up a very ripe half of banana with the spray and vanilla before adding the dry oatmeal. My small cookie scoop came in handy. The finished cookie stuck to the unsprayed foil but I was able to lift gently off once almost cool. I am a cookie fan and these turned out like real cookies. I will definitely do this again when the oatmeal comes up on my menu!

  23. Thank you for your comment. While we do not advise eating large quantities of corn syrup or sugar in general, it’s perfectly safe to eat. When consumed in small amounts, it can be part of a well-balanced diet such as Jenny Craig.
