Hi everyone! I’m just getting ready to start my journey. Haven’t gotten my food yet. I’m excited snd anxious to start! Happy to be here! I’d love to hear some good stories please!

Why does the app start the nourishment period when you enter that you've eaten the bar or nuts when my consultant tells me it starts when breakfast is consumed? This is VERY confusing.

I am on the maintenance program and I received a call that there is a 10% off, do I type a code in the promotion box online to receive that discount on my total price order?

I only got a box of food with no guidance. How many calories am I supposed to have a day?

I have the same problem. I received food but no menu as to what to do

I had the same issue. It stated could find in welcome email but I couldn't find. My counselor asked me to call once I received my food and she forwarded to me when I said I didn't have
. I have since also found it in the mobile app.

I also think there are some plans that are food only.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with constipation? I'm in my 4th week.

Hi @LINDA_287836 constipation may occur with the change from a high fat to a low-fat diet, it is completely normal to experience this especially during your first few weeks. We encourage you to drink plenty of water and eat your meals every 2-3 hours. We also suggest eating fruits/vegetables with less fiber and then slowly adding more to your day.

Coach did not call at designated time today. Not encouraging for week one. :(

My coach did not call either - also week one. I did correspond with someone over text message and that person set up the time for the call. I reached out via text when I didn't receive the phone call and I received a text in return with an apology and that some one would be reaching out to me via phone call. That was two days ago and no phone call. Hmmm.... My food shipment arrives this evening. How will I place my next food order if I do not have a coach? Can I do that online without a coach?

When I first started Jenny Anywhere almost 6 years ago, I had a hard time getting my consultant calls going, too. All I can stay is stick with it. Keep scheduling until you get the call. Then, change consultants if the one you get doesn't fit right with you. It's worth it.

I am starting to do a few meals on my own. Does anyone have any ideas or recipes to share? I'm looking for ideas on all meals!

Starting with breakfast works well for a lot of people. Egg white scrambles are great. You can use Laughing Cow Light cheese and sautee mushrooms, onions, and peppers in it.
I also make French Toast with egg whites and Sara Lee Delightfuls bread.
Many of us have found breakfast to be a great way to add our own meals.

I believe Jenny Craig is selling a food only option these days. I'd call and see what packages and specials they have. You two might find just the right thing.

Best fat-free salad dressing that tastes good.

I'm not sure if these are completely fat free, but here are some of my faves:
- Bernstein's Light Cheese Fantastico - only 25 calories per...ummm...I think 2 Tbsp.
- Bolthouse Blue Cheese - I think about 45 calories per 2 Tbsp. Made with a yogurt base.
- Bolthouse Caesar - I use this unless I make my own caesar dressing

I found a carrot ginger dressing at Whole Foods for 10 calories, it's good.

I just downloaded the app and there is no menu plan for the package I purchased - I believe it was called the Essentials plan. I received a weeks worth of food with no plan included ??? So I just make up my own menu???

For the Essential Bundle, we’d suggest eating healthy balanced snacks like plenty of veggies and fruit. If you’re looking to take the guess work out of it, we’d suggest joining our Complete Plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. I just started the rapid results plan. It did not come with any info. No menu nothing. I found the getting started guide. Can someone send me the menu or when to fast and for how long and what and when to eat?

Hi @Tbosco you can track your food in our App available for free download is the iOS Store and Google Play Store. You'll also be emailed the menus in your Welcome Email. Have you scheduled an appointment to meet with you Consultant yet? We're happy to schedule you to speak with someone, what date and time work best for you?
