What can I put on Jenny Craig bagel beside cream cheese

Hi Kitty,

Pairing your bagel with fruit is a great alternative to cream cheese. Additionally, our registered dietitian recommends checking out your grocery guide, which includes some great options like:

  • Avocado - 2 tablespoons
  • Peanut butter or another nut butter -1 ½ teaspoons
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon

Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope your week is off to a great start with a delicious breakfast!
