Simply Inspired Banana Ice Cream

If you're following the Jenny Craig Program, we've noted the fruit amounts for each recipe to help you stay on track! Each banana ice cream recipe makes enough to serve two, so split it with a friend or store half in the freezer for later.   Chocolate Banana Ice Cream Ingredients: 1 ripe large banana, sliced, frozen – 2 fruit 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder  Makes 2 servings: 2 fruit Per serving: 1 fruit Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Simply Inspired French Toast Bake

Serves 1 Per Serving: 1 ½ starch, ½ protein, ½ fruit, ½ fat Ingredients:  1 Jenny Craig Maple French Toast ½ cup strawberries, diced 1 tablespoon low-sugar or sugar-free nonfat whipped topping* Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375 F.  Prepare Jenny Craig Maple French Toast according to package.  Once cooled, cube French toast pieces.  Create strawberry compote by heating diced berries over medium heat until soft and bubbling.

Simply Inspired Loaded Chicken Nachos

Makes 1 serving = 1 ½ starch, 1 ½ protein, 1 fat Ingredients: 1 Jenny Craig Chicken Burrito  ¼ cup onion, chopped ¼ cup tomato, chopped  Cilantro to taste Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 350 F. If using an oven, preheat to 375 F.  Prepare chicken burrito according to instructions on package. Unwrap burrito and scoop chicken into small bowl. Set aside.  Slice tortilla to chip-sized pieces and transfer pieces into air fryer basket. Fry

Simply Inspired Overnight Oats

Serving Size: 1 Oatmeal   Per Serving: 2 starch, ½ milk, 1 fruit   Ingredients: Jenny Craig Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal  1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk  1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt  ¾ cup berries to mix and top  1 teaspoon cinnamon  Instructions: Combine oatmeal, almond milk, yogurt and half of berries into sealed container. Let sit in fridge overnight, until mixture has thick consistency. Top with cinnamon

Serving size: 1 Elevated Burger Per serving: 2 starch, 1 ½ protein, 1 ½ fat, 1 limited, 1 fruit (BBQ Crisps are an additional 1 starch & 1 fat)   Ingredients:  Jenny Craig Turkey Burger 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 1 pineapple slice (canned or fresh) Lettuce, tomato, and onion to taste Instructions:  Slightly brown pineapple on heated pan or grill.  Prepare Jenny Craig Turkey Burger according to instructions on package.

Serving size = ½ cup Mango Salsa + 1 bag of Jenny Craig Blue Corn Tortilla Chips Per serving = 3/4 fruit, 1 starch, 1½ fat Makes approx. 5 cups (10 servings) Ingredients: 3 ripe mangoes, about 3.5 cups (7 Fruits) 1 medium red pepper  (small amount, Fresh and Free) ½ cup red onion (small amount, Fresh and Free) ¼ cup fresh cilantro (Fresh and Free) 1 fresh jalapeño (Fresh and Free) 2 limes (Fresh and Free) ¼ teaspoon salt
