I have been a lifelong member and have had my up an downs.  However, I always remember the info I have learned from Jenny Craig; and right now I am down 5#.  Diets don't work.  You have to change your eating habits and your mind set.  Additionally,  not eating for a 12 hour period really seems to help.  Moderation in everything.  I'm a 69 year old woman and feel like a million bucks.  I also try to exercise 4x a week.  My favorite is Zumba gold.  Debbie

Glad to hear about your weight loss, Debbie!  And you're right; it's all about changing your lifestyle and learning healthy habits and how to build a healthy relationship with food.

I have been a member of Jenny Craig and find my moderator always has a solution.  Also compliments me on my ways to deal with keeping up with the plan, like eating fruit at a restaurant for breakfast after eating JC breakfast at home.
