Virtually yours

As with a regular in-center program, you’ll be connected with a Jenny Craig consultant — a single point of contact who will be your personal guide throughout your weight loss journey. Whether you prefer a simple phone call or a video chat, you’ll connect virtually every week with somebody who really understands what you’re going through… and who is carefully trained to aid and inspire you every step of the way.

 

Flex your way to fabulous

Once you’ve gotten acquainted with your consultant, you’ll agree upon a time for your weekly consultation. With extended hours seven days a week, it’s easy to find a time that works. During your first conversation, you’ll talk a little bit about your goals: what inspired your weight loss journey, and how much weight you’d like to lose. On average, Jenny Craig members lose 1–2 lbs. per week, so you’ll be able to get a rough idea of how long it might take you to reach your goal — and start setting some expectations around that.

I love in Central NY and I get food delivered every two weeks. The last two times all the dry ice was completely evaporated and some food (smaller items, items with buns) was really soft. I was told that as long as the good is cold that I could refreeze it and eat it. This last shipmentvonly had one empty dry ice bag whereas the other shipments all had 2 or 3. Is there any way to request more dry ice? A center is about 45 min. away or I would pick up my food. Refreezing previously frozen food just doesn't seem safe.

Hi Cate.  The bags should be empty or near empty when you receive them because the dry ice evaporates.  That's no worries for you food, we quality test shipments to ensure we are always putting enough dry ice for your food to get to you safe to consume.  Your food should always be firm and cool to the touch.  Make sure to give our Jenny Care team a call to report any concerns you have regarding your specific orders.  Thanks! 1-800-536-6922.

Hello, I am currently in Jenny Craig client but I haven’t gotten food in a while I’d like to try the online ordering also want to pay for my renewal fee.
