How to Use Jenny Craig's App

Jenny Craig’s mobile app was created with life in mind — so you can track your progress and get real-time support on-the-go! Track your meals, snacks, weight and exercises no matter where you are. Call or text a consultant for additional support, find a Jenny Craig Center near you, and earn Jenny Craig Stars throughout your weight loss journey.


How to use the Jenny Craig app


The Self Monitor dashboard is where you’ll track your meals, snacks and physical activity each day. Jenny Craig menus are available on the app to help you easily record the breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and drinks for your program. You can also log your weight daily to see your progress!


Rapid Results members can record when they eat their first and last meal of the day to help them stay on schedule with their body’s natural digestion and rejuvenation periods.   


Maintenance Program members can log their meals and snacks by selecting “Track Other Food & Drinks” and entering each item.


Get an overview of your progress throughout your weight loss journey. Here, you’ll find key numbers that show just how far you’ve come:

  • Look back at your starting weight
  • View your weight loss in different timespans
  • Click on the graph to display weight details
  • View your last weigh-in
  • See how much weight you’ve lost

  • Text or call a Jenny Craig Consultant for real-time answers when you need them.
  • Email or print a weekly recap of your progress for your consultant so they can help to troubleshoot and provide solutions at your next meeting.
