A native of Victoria, British Columbia, Rachael S. hadn’t stepped on a scale in six years. Although Rachael grew up playing basketball and led an active lifestyle, sports quickly fell to the wayside once she started working full time. Gradually, over ten years, she continued to gain weight until she reached her heaviest, 281 pounds. After Rachael experienced a humiliating incident while traveling abroad, she decided it was time to change her habits, but she knew that exercise alone wasn’t going to solve her weight problem. Susan and Stephanie are a mother and daughter duo who made the incredible commitment to lose weight together!
