I've been on jenny Craig for 5+ years.

I'm 65+ and found my metabolism has slowed down , especially during the pandemic when I wasn't at my mall. I drive to a local mall during inclement weather to 🚶‍♀️ 4-5 miles 4-5 times a week. The walking has helped. I had a hs reunion which was my inspiration to be more focused on exercise, food portions, and more accountable to my j.craig counselor. All of this has been helpful. I love the meals, especially the morning fritatta because it's filling with fruit.
