I have been on jenny for a long time, partly for conveience of it. but have not lost weight because i only use parttime due to having to eat out and cooking for others.  I did the dna and found i have a problem with carbs and fats. So what do i eat if i want to llose and not be hungry all the time?  Most of your meals have cheese, i dislike cheddar cheese and get allot gas from onions/peppers. So it limites my choices. So what is a sample week i could use??

I recently finished a long term divorce process and have used food as a mood booster and to escape stress and anxiety. I'd like to use JC to jump start my weightloss and regain healthy eating habits again.

Our Simple and Essential Meal plans are excellent for people who want to eat healthy and get delicious and chef-crafted meals delivered to their door, but are not designed for weight loss. Then, we have our most effective weight loss plan ever - Rapid Results Max - which includes all of your meals, snacks, Recharge Bars, personal coaching and flexible delivery options.
