I am a male who has been on the program for 20 months.  For the first 11 months, I followed the menu plan religiously - I did everything within my power of self control to avoid snacking and "cheating".  I lost 75 pounds in that 11 months.  My original goal had been to lose at least 35...then 50...then 75.  At that point, I moved the goal again to lose 100.  But some stressors in my life were answered the way they had ALWAYS been answered - snacking, unhealthy over-eating.  I went in the wrong direction, and added 35 pounds back on in 8 months.  I'm headed back in the right direction now, so from the beginning I am back down 50 and looking forward to losing more.  So, yes, Jenny Craig DOES work for men.
