Whether you like them fresh or frozen, a mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries can sweeten up a cup of plain yogurt. Berries are a good source of antioxidants and fiber so you will be getting a boost of other nutrients with this snack. Or, mash up your favorite fruit to mix with plain yogurt instead. Use a mortar and pestle to mash up bananas, peaches, kiwi, or pineapple for a refreshing twist. Play with different fruit combinations to really make it your own!
