Another loss! Down 4 pounds this week. I now weigh 248.6 I really surprised myself. I had two days where I had to make big choices so that I could still participate with my co-workers. I made good choices and have been really following through with my work-out goals. I'm not going work-out crazy any means but little by little regaining my endurance.

I had an amazingly awesome and cruel dream. I dreamt that when I went to my Jenny centre they took me into their food storage area. Along each aisle were the names of different restaurants. And Jenny had somehow made their own versions of some of the most popular dishes at each restaurant... OMG, if that were the case I'd be even more in Heaven. DROOOOL

Great loss! This is more incentive for me to start exercising more. I only had a 1.6 lb loss this week. Whole family was sick but I could easily use that as an excuse not to get started again this week. Your loss is my motivation to get out there!

The dream was really funny. It's amazing how many calories are in restaurant meals including salads. I've started looking up the menus first, making my selections, and then going. I got an asian salad the other day and thought it was a healthy choice only to find out that it had 820 calories when I got home to check it out.

Keep us posted on you rsuccess. I look at the updates daily for inspiration.

I'm glad someone reads my blog. I love blogging more than just posting in the forums since there's so much to read through. Trust me, I still don't do as much exercise as I would like. I do 15 minutes (sometimes 20) on my gazelle at home at least 3 times a week. But I had to work up to that even. My hope is to be back playing soccer by next spring season.
