So yay! I was really worried about this week ... I guess I'm just being paranoid that I'm not following everything like I should or that my body is going to suddenly reject what I've been doing... oh, have I mentioned the chipotle dreams? I think I have, haha. I did eat Chipotle this week when we had a staff meeting. I felt good about it because I revised my normal bowl. I chose between corn or beans and sour cream or cheese. I also went with a small amount of brown rice and a single serving of meat ... no chips... but it certainly hit the spot.
And, I was still able to lose 3 lbs. this week! I was more active this week also which I was happy about. I don't know why I hate working out so much. I used to love it. In my middle school and high school years I was an avid soccer player. Distance running was never among my favorite activities but I certainly didn't loathe it with the same passion I do right now. So, I started with walking and using my gazelle.
Also, I got measured for the first time since my initial visit.

Bust - 52.2 52 (-.2)... the boobs aren't going anywhere haha
Abs - 55.4 53.7 (-1.7)
Waist - 50 47.5 (-2.5)
Hips - 56 54 (-2)
That's a total loss of 6.4'' woot!
