I am definitely not surprised so far with my results because I have been on Jenny Craig once before and I just want to start off by saying that I really regret ever going off the diet. Now that I have finished my second week I am really starting to feel more energy and motivated to continue with my weightloss. Last Wednesday, my weigh in said that I lost 8.7 pounds and I am not expecting a huge drop like that again this week, but I am still excited to see the scale for once! I am really enjoying the feeling of being excited to step on the scale each week and seeing results rather than running away and hiding anytime I hear a word that resembles 'scale' like I used to be. This week was really difficult with thanksgiving, but I know the holidays are the worst and I am completely ready to go full force towards success!
Last week I didn't do much exercise, but I am committing to an hour speed walk each night, which I am sure my puppy is enjoying just as much as I have. I am really hoping it helps with my weight loss, but I can't help but feel like I could have better results using something such as a treadmill or exercise bike. However, I just cannot get motivated to do that! Maybe, next week I will try my best to use some exercise equipment. Have any of you had really good success so far with walking or noticed that it really helped in shedding a couple extra pounds?
