So, I just discovered that under the tools section they have a space where you can graph your personal progress, I chose to graph my weight and bmi ... they also have measurements and body fat % and cholesterol. I had been meaning to make my own graph. I'm used to keeping and graphing a ton of statistics at work but I never got around to it. This is much easier anyway because I can just add on to each week and I don't need to keep track of any paper. I love seeing it go down, down, down!
