Day 5, I feel like I lost some weight.

blog-0211653001348791026.jpgDay 5 and I feel like I lost some weight but there is no telling, I guess I gave to wait... my first week weight-in will be Saturday morning.. Until then I'll just keep sticking to the plan.

I used to be on Jenny Craig back in 2008 and I lost a ton of weight.

I know the program works so I'm back, I just need to be pacient.. follow the menu and the weight loss will happen once more.

It helps if you also have a great support system in place. This is why I want to blog my good days and bad days, In hopes I get inspired and as well as I can inspire someone.
