Loving surrendering my food plan to Jenny and doing what they say - PERIOD. OK I am substituting other entrees for shelf stable foods - but otherwise. OK I add Catsup to the burger - but otherwise sticking to it. Even when exercising a bunch. So in 14 days down 7.2 lbs. Headaches in the beginning - not drinking, not as much diet soda (Its allowed i just cut back a little) and getting my overeating and drinking self on track. So yup some detox headaches. But really feeling great now. I learned to love the Energy Bar first thing - and then working out. It helps!
I miss the desserts (as they are only like every other day - and (I used to have Chocolate cake or brownie every day) but I am so glad I have trained myself basically to eat on a plan and stick to it. There's always a way t get food - and cheat and always an excuse. This weekend was Our HUGE ride (131 miles in 2 days) But I worked my meals around ti so the Energy Bar, coffee, and breakfast fueled my rides for the most part. No doubt other teammates celebrated with big meals, booze etc. ME? I lost 2 lbs. But more then the weight loss- is the feeling that I am not out of control - that I can do the plan. I also know I am helping my center out so they cn share my story of what I think of the plan.
Just do it - guys. One way or another 4 weeks will pass. Why not prove the plan out. Don't say why it cant work (aka my husband, sister, family does XYZ... ) Say why it can work. Did we think the world would wear masks - nope but they are. So Anything can happen. Why not make this happen!!!
Let me know if i Have inspired you Better yet - I have tried every plan I got thin with Jenny in 2016 and am still thin. For me this plan is a tune up. But I Did JC to lose this weight and am so pleased that I have been able to be about my same size for a long time. Sure I may gain 10lbs or so - but I am keeping it in check. For a compulsive overeater who was shopping at Lane Brant and now can wear a tucked in shirt with my leggings... I think I can say Thank you Jenny Craig!
