I keep reading that the key to success is setting habits. Just as bad habits took time, so, then will good habits.  So each fay I try to make good habits a part of my routine: Eating good foods in moderate quantities. Meditating.  Journaling.  And I realize that so much of it has to do with becoming and remaining aware of what I am doing, and holding myself accountable for it.  These are small steps, but if I keep at it, perhaps that is what will make the difference.


I keep having headaches, and I keep feeling cranky.  Yesterday, I almost ate a doughnut (or three), thinking it would "help."  Help the headache.  Help the crankiness.  Help this feeling that I cannot, will not lose the weight, so why bother, why try?  I ate a JC cupcake instead, and waited for the feelings to subside.  I never did order the doughnuts.

YAY -  Glad you resisted the donuts! My first few days back on my refresh (2 weeks ago) I had a lot of headaches... They are gone now.. luckily!  This program is about a decision you make.. And don't let those negative thoughts convince you otherwise. Cause I Know You Can! One of the Peloton Instructors (Christine sayss a mantra) I CAN, I WILL , I AM , I DO. You got this!!
