Pumpkin Bundt Cake



Had to try my new bundt pan, so I made this non-recipe: 


1 box of Pillsburry Sugar-Free Vanilla Cake

1 can (15 oz) Libby's pumpkin puree

3/4 cup milk or water

pure vanilla extract, optional


Mix and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. Makes 16 generous servings (98 cal, 1.5 g fat, 26 g carbs, 1.9 g protein).

Next time I may try greek yogurt instead of milk. Not yet sure if this freezes well.

This recipe looks yummy. I am looking for some recipes that I can make this Christmas. I found on livre minceur various simple recipes that I can prepare. I am going to try your recipe and I am sure that my children will love it.
