Day two of Jenny Craig is winding down to an end.  It was challenging at times.  Even though I had ate, I wanted to eat more. It was as if I was craving for something. So I had to throw extra willpower to stick to the plan. The food is filling and is planned out for me. So it takes all the guess work out of what I need to do for the day.  I've been trying to lose weight for years. So now I recognize I need to take the burden of worrying about food away while I start this weight loss journey.  It has helped me to not constantly think about food. Like normal thoughts for me would be "what am I going to eat for the day" "how much should I eat" "I'm eating now, what am I going to eat later." "I'm still hungry maybe I should've ate something different..."


Tomorrow will be day 3 and I'm going to incorporate 30 minutes of exercise. Plus a nice soothing bath, using my Lush Bomb.


I'm currently 275 pounds. My mini goal is to get out the 270s and my JC goal is 230 to start. My ending goal is 150.

Like you I try to just think of small goals I started at 263.2  on 1/19/17 now down to 252.8 and going to work real hard to get into my 240's would love to see 200 by July, got a class reunion in August and for once would like to look and feel good for this occasion.

You are right on point! The best part of joining Jenny is knowing that you don't have to stress over what to eat.  Also, not having to take the time to cook & clean up the mess. So much easier just cooking here and there and making salads. Plus the foid tastes great for the most part.  :)Love it!

I agree. I have been doing WW's for a year and lost and gained the same 5 pounds and am still the same weight!! I have a very busy life,I work a lot and am sooo tired of thinking about food all day long. What am I going to eat , how much, counting points ,it just is too tiring. I lost 80+ pounds 20 years ago,gained back 40 so I am back to get those off! I did have 2 bad days this week as My hubby is determined to undermind me. He also needs to lose weight but apparently doesn't care . He would rather sabatoge me. Well no more,we established I am doing this for me,what he eats isn't my concern anymore,he's on his own!!
