Why I don't feel as though I've reached my goal weight

So on November 22, 2016, or two days ago, I weighed myself after waking up and bam, the scale read 122lbs. To be honest, I was shocked as **** since only the day before, my scale read 136lbs same time, same routine. I certainly didn't feel skinny either, as I still look like 136lbs in areas like my belly, my arms, and my face. My only explanation is that all of it was probably just water weight. Thus, I don't even know what to do now, although I've stayed 122lbs exactly for the past two days every morning, should I start maintenance now? I'm not even happy with the way I look right now though...

Congratulations?! 

Without being a Sceptic  that is a huge difference overnight !

Do you trust your scale ? Have you weighed in on the Jenny scale ? 

I had this happen to me right before I joined Jenny . My scale was way off . Lower by 10 pounds . I was schocked when I climbed onto the Jenny scale and was at my highest. 

Maybe you have lost 14 pounds overnight but I doubt it ! Sorry to be a Debbie downer . Just being realistic

Oh of course I don't believe I actually lost over ten pounds overnight. I'm actually not sure what happened to me exactly, Maybe an expert can help haha.

Hi Maria,

Agree with Clare. Having been on the diet rollercoaster for fifty years, there is no way you could lose 14 pounds over night even just water weight. Check yourself on another scale or wait til you see your consultant. If you are close to your goal weight, you lose weight slowly, often slower than you want. ;)

Ok you could  continue to monitor it for a few days more 

I am no expert only your JCC can comment and help you with this one . 

I would if it were me wait to get to your goal for real before you start Maintence perhaps . Weigh yourself on another scale ASAP .
