Back on the program.....Week 1 weigh in brings a loss of 5.6 lbs :) I forgot how delicious Jenny Craig food is. Lots of water, green tea and keeping to program. Ate out twice this week, but watched what I ordered/ate. All in all a good week!

That's great! I just weighed in today for week 1 too and lost 6lbs! I even had wine a few nights this week. My goal is to limit the wine this week and stay true to plan.

Week 2 I lost 1.4 lbs which brings me to a total of 7 lbs in two weeks. I weigh in again tomorrow for my 3rd week and am expecting a significant decrease.... Twice invited out to eat, once for lunch and once for dinner....turned them into movie dates instead. Really enjoyed the movie last week and looking forward to going again tonight. When you're on this journey of weight loss, it really brings to light how many social functions are centered around food. I'm at the beginning of this journey and have about 90 lbs total to loose so I find it key to keep on the program completely. Drinking more tea as I've given up the coffees with the 2 cream. Tried drinking coffee with milk or black and just don't like the taste. Chai and earl grey teas are a nice change.

Congratulations. My friend had suggested me guide fitness for weight loss as she lost 55 lbs in two months by following the programme fitness, I would also like to know about your fitness challenge routine for weight loss.

I am on day 5 of week 1 and have not had any wine.  Had tons of water, though.  Nice to know I can splurge occasionally and still lose.  Thank you for your post.
