plan your week out and prepare for the next day the night before. That helps me make sure I take everything I need to work the next day.

Make sure you drink lots of water, and every week weighin, when you see the scale going down that is what will keep you going. I have been doing it eight weeks I love the food, make life easier. And the best part I am down from 188 lb to 163 in a very short time..One thing I do is cheat once a week not crazy but something I miss eating and that help me for that week..GOOD LUCK...

Just wanted to say hi, and good luck!

This is my little 1-2-3 routine when I get my food:

  • lay out 7 gallon ziplock bags labeled by day (I re-use these)
  • sort out the frozen food and put in each corresponding bag
  • put them in the freezer in reverse order

This way, next day's food is always at the top/front and easy to grab if you're in a hurry. They don't always close, but it's ok since it's just for the sake of organizing. Best of luck!
