Starting to feel discouraged; not so enthusiastic lately.

I think I've kinda been in a funk lately. I haven't had much enthusiasm and ambition to really be strict with my diet.... I skipped my weigh in this week because last week I was the same weight as I was the week before and I just wasn't feeling it. I have a lot of food left over this week because I haven't been eating much jenny food or any other food for that matter.

Idk what's up with me but I could use some encouragement because I think I'm already at the point of going back to my old bad habits.... :/

Anyone else having a hard time>?!

ItalianMommy, Can I suggest that you go back and read "Looking in the mirror". "Do not say you can't do something. Can and Never Tried."

You can do this!! Think what might happen if you don't keep trying. Do you want to put the weight back on and more?

Do this for you and your Family.

ItalianMommy, Let it go! It was one week. You can't change that but you can change what is going forward. Please don't go back to your bad habits. They lead you to a place you did not like. We all have hard times but it's what we do after that is what counts. You had reasons you started this maybe you need to revisit those reasons. Maybe this week just focus on the food and eating it. Take it day by day and if you need encouragement you can always come on here. You can do this girl you can. You are so totally worth it.

Thank you so much Millsue and hightekgirl! I really appreciate it. Sometimes it's better to have the words of others point out the very obvious. It's funny because I'm the type that can give great advice and not take my own; or give encouragement to others but not be able to motivate myself.

I'm sorry this is a late response. I don't get on the computer often but I really do appreciate that you responded.

Since my post I have gone to Jenny, weighed in on a Tuesday and gained a pound... then went again for a weigh in that same week on Friday and found that I lost 1.2 lbs.

I feel like I'm back on track- I even did well on Easter. As you can tell from my username I am Italian and everyone knows how we eat on holidays! Well I am proud to say I didn't budge for the holiday.
