<div style="margin-top: 5px;"><div>So I stuck to the plan and got that workout in.  4.13 miles on the treadmill and 4 miles on the elliptical.  I found a movie on so the time went by pretty fast.  My legs are going to be sore though!  No PAIN no GAIN (oh wait, I'm looking for a loss!)  ;)</div></div>
