Back on JC again!

Last week I decided it was time to go back to JC. I've let myself get back to large portions and stopped working out, and that does NOT work for my body! I had my first JC visit last Wednesday and immediately felt a sense of motivation. I went out and bought a food journal and a new water bottle. Since then I've been documenting all of my food and beverage intake and have really increased my water consumption. I also squeezed in three workouts this week. To help assist me in the weight loss, I restarted my Plexus Slim/Accelerator too. Today was my first weigh-in, even though it was about a half day short of a week, and I'm happy to report I lost 4.8 pounds!! omg_smile.gif Now I'm really feeling motivated!! I.can.do.this!
