Sweat was pouring off me tonight as I did 30 minutes on the incline trainer, a Jillian Michaels incline program, and then 45 minutes on the treadmill. After that I lifted some weights, did some ab crunches, and then some stretching. I feel great; like I'm getting my old self back. I can't wait to get back into the full swing of running again. I'm so disappointed in myself for stopping in the first place!
My eating was on track today as well. I had a thin bagel for breakfast and half of a medium iced skinny latte. For lunch, I had tuna on 7-grain low-fat bread. And for dinner, I had a salisbury steak Lean Cuisine and 2 more slices of bread. I will have a low-calorie snack and call it a day after my bath.
