Week 5 (7 Oct -13 Oct 12) Plexus Slim Review
I'm getting back to my active self. I logged approximately 24 miles on the treadmill this week and 8 miles hiking. My endurance and speed are improving.
So what did all of this do for my weight you ask? Well, I actually gained almost a pound this week. However, my body fat dropped .7% this week, so I'm not upset. I know I'm gaining muscle with all the running, and I also dropped another 3/4 of an inch. So total my body fat is down 3.6% and I've lost 11.5 inches.
