Since dropping 10 pounds, I am reenergized and I'm getting back to my old self. Although I had a relapse on Monday and went back to terrible eating for one meal, I vowed that evening to make up for it. And I did! Tuesday through Thursday of this week I have logged just shy of 18.50 miles on the treadmill and incline trainer. Yes, 18.5 miles in 3 days! That's the old me that I know. I forgive myself for Monday and pat myself on the back for Tuesday through Thursday! Happy Friday, everyone.
