I went out to eat today with my mom and hubby. We went to Coastal Flats. I didn't get my favorite appetizer (crab fritters)...or any appetizer for that matter. I got the lobster roll (delicious, but I only at half) with salad instead of fries, and corn on the cob. I ate the whole salad with only a little dressing and ate only half the corn on the cob. Before and after we ate my mom and I went mall walking to help make up for the calories. We ended up going to the outlet mall as well and did even more walking. By the time we got home my mom was just short of her 10,000 steps, so we went for a short walk around the neighborhood. Total so far today I got in over 12,000 steps. My daily goal is a minimum of 10,000 steps, so I just need to keep it up!
