I decided today was the day to charge my Fitbit backup, get it on, and jump back on the treadmill and elliptical again! I logged 2 miles on the treadmill. I switched between a faster pace at zero incline and a slower pace at 15 incline. Then I moved over to the elliptical and logged 4 miles at a level 6. Tough workout! Off to a get start on my calorie burn for the week! My goal is to get to 10,000 steps a day minimum.
