First Weigh-in!

Today was my first weigh-in at JC. I'm so happy to report that I lost 4.8 pounds! :D It was about half day short of a full week, so I'm thrilled with that number. This week started out a little difficult getting adjusted back to such small portions, but by the end of the week it started to feel normal again. I'm confident that taking the Plexus Slim helped me lose at little extra. I know I can't hope for a number that big every week, but it's great to be off to such a good start.

I have my food for week two and bought a few different options. I'm hoping for some yummy meals this week!

This is me at it again.....I am not happy with the excess weight....yet I can't seem to get the motivation I need. There is always a function to attend.

Last year I lost 20 lbs and I felt great. Stopped going and here I am starting up again. HELP.

Hello, cathybi. I know how it feels to not have the motivation. It took me awhile to wrap my head around joining JC again. I was just hoping for too long that the weight would just magically disappear; it didn't. But with 4.8 pounds lost in the first week I feel a new level of determination!

Start with a small step like buying a food journal (or just typing it up) and logging every single thing you eat and drink. I find that if I know I have to log it that I'm less likely to eat bad. I wish you the best of luck!
