I completed 6 miles today...coincidentally on my sixth day of JC. 2 miles on the treadmill and 4 miles on the eliptical. That's pretty impressive since I had the most disgusting breakfast (to me) before my workout--the Ranchero Breakfast Skillet. I will not be purchasing that one again.

Here are my JC favorites so far:

breakfasts: pancakes, french toast, sunshine sandwich, and cinnamon rolls

lunch: chicken sandwich, personal pizza, and turkey burger

dinner: fish and chips, and mac & cheese

snack: triple chocolate cheesecake and lemon cooler cookies

I still have a lot of things to try, but I know my least favorites are the Ranchero Breakfast Skillet and the Swedish Meatballs.

What are your favorites and least favorites?

not a fan of the tuna salad/chicken salad; blueberry loaf, the barscotti with cranberry and almonds, and the lentil dinner entree.

Like the breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon rols, like the same lunches you like, liked the mac and cheese, and all of the pasta entrees for dinner...

trying to wean myself off of the desserts and subsitute a little healthier options. The desserts saved me during my first two weeks on the program.

I don't like the chicken or tuna but I absolutely love the Chipotle lunch.. and the chocolate cake!!

My least favorite was the fajitas

I can't seem to find any non-frozen foods that I like. I have decided to stop wasting money and trying to like them.

my favorites:

breakfast: sunshine sandwich, cinnamon french toast, blueberry pancakes with veggie sausage (of course the more pricey ones) but when I'm looking to spend less money I like the cinnamon rolls and cranberry almond barscotti. The mixed berry bar is not bad either.

lunch: THIS IS THE WORSTTTTT MEAL OF THE DAY FOR ME. LOL I have so much trouble finding stuff I like. I am happy about the new stuffed pizza bites. I liked the chicken sandwich and turgey burger but I got sick of them because it got too repetative. I love the cheesy potatoes and chicken because, like my friend said, it reminds me of the KFC bowls!

dinner: I have never EVER heard someone say they didn't like the rising crust pizza. I could eat that forever and never get sick of it. I love the dinner choices because they are so versatile to recreate recipes with! You can tell by my username that I am italian, and we sure do eat a lot of pasta. The chicken carbonara, fettuccine, and chicken pesto pasta are my favorites, I love the fish and chips but recently ate so much of it in one week I got sick of the thought of eating fish for a while.

the fajitas are great especially when you use a laughing cow wedge instead of sour cream!

snacks: triple chocolate cheesecake, key lime pie, kettle corn popcorn, walnut brownies, both red velvet and carrot cake cupcakes are great (but pricey).... I love all the desserts except the peanut butter bar, taco chips, and bruschetta chips.

Sorry for the novel lol I am a bit compassionate; dontcha think>?!! :D

Thanks for sharing, ItalianMommy. That was very helpful. I'm going to give the cheesy potatoes and chicken a try! And the laughing cow wedge is a great idea. I love those things! The snacks are soooo good!
