Day three has been easy.

I went grocery shopping last night and picked up some great fruits and veggies, light chocolate soy milk, and some light ranch dressing. What a difference those items have made since last night! Today with lunch and dinner I had a spinach, carrot, and pickle salad with some low-cal ranch dressing, which really made the meal better.

I've been taking the food out of the packaging and putting it on a nice plate with my salad. I think this helps in three ways. One, it looks like I'm getting more food. Two, it appears more like real food. And, three, I feel like I'm eating with the family instead of dieting while they eat "real food."

I bought a soda stream machine today. I've been wanting to try it out and today they were $30 off at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, plus I had a coupon. I love the crystal light with just a small amount of carbonation. I feel like I'm having soda, so this will be easy to get more water in me and help me cut back on soda!

I haven't been hungry today. I started back on my Plexus Slim/Accelerator three days ago, and it really has decreased my appetite and given me some energy back. This will make this journey more tolerable.
