Day two off to a good start!

I started this morning on a good note! I had my JC pancakes and sausage then decided it was time to get back to an exercise routine! I'm happy to report that I completed 5 miles (3.3 on the treadmill and 1.7 on the eliptical). :o Not nearly as easy as it used to be. I really need to get some pounds off to get a good pace back! Ate an anytime bar after my workout and either I was really hungry or it tasted good? I.can.do this!

Way to go, I went for my first weigh in today and I lost my first two pounds and it is only day 6.

I have started my walking daily on treadmill, not easy as I have a bad back,however am so pumped with this weeks results.

I didn't get the anytime bars cause I knew I wouldn't be able to choke them down. I don't mind though cause I take a multivitamin and have a cup of milk and my fruit still very filling lols
