No flaking



I feel so good that I didn't flake on my date with the gym this morning! Despite having to get up at 3:30 am, despite a restless night of sleep, and despite my complete lack of will or want, I am so glad I didn't flake on myself. I forgot how amazing it feels to work out first thing in the morning because it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Now post-shower and eating the new ranchero breakfast, I can start my day less stressed and satisfied in knowing that I took those extra steps today to make my life and body better.

How did you get yourself motivated to work out in the AM? I will set my alarm for 4:30 and can never wake up! I know exercising in the AM is a great way to start a day, but for some reason I cannot bring myself to do it.

how was the ranchero breakfast? I can't wait to try it!

Oh girl, it was so hard!!! I just made up my mind to do it and just did it. Also, I didn't sleep too well the night before, but I think that making the decision to absolutely do it the night before was the biggest factor. It's so hard for me to do, too. I wanted to work out every single day, but sometimes I just need to realize that my body can't take it. The very next morning, I was going to get up early again but just couldn't. I try to see every day as a brand new day to do better.

Ranchero breakfast = DELISH. If you are a fan of those skillets they sell at breakfast places, you'll LOVE it! :-)
