7 Week Weigh In!

Ok so I am on a good path, and I hope this keeps up. Yesterday was my 7 week weigh in an I lost another 3.2lbs total to date 23.2lbs. I am very proud of myself. I did have a cheat day yesterday and have to work hard this week to make sure I still have a loss. I broke down, but I am back on track now and know I shouldn't have broken down. I have been working too hard and having to much success to ruin it with cheat days. I want to lose another 20 lbs before my trip at the end of September a

6 Week Weigh In!

Had an okay week, but not very good. I didn't work out at all last week, just way tooo much going on and my boyfriend came back from Europe and I spent the weekend with him in Detroit and we ate out the whole time. I was careful about what I ate and when I was hungry in between I had fruit. So all in all it was just okay, but glad to have my man back. My result today was 1 lb lost with a total of 20.2lbs in 6 weeks. I am okay with that since I had a pretty big loss last week with the stomach

5 Week Weigh In - post stomach flu

So the aftermath of the stomach flu was actually a really good one. My weigh in today showed a loss of 5.4 lbs. Now this is more then what we should be losing per week, but it is understood why, this isn't something that will happen on a regular basis, but it helps along the journey. So as of today my 5th week finished my total weight loss to date is 19lbs. I was hoping it would be 20, but I don't want to push my luck. I am very very happy with my results and hope it keeps up. Stomach Flu Ugggggg!!!

I am freaking out about my weigh in on Monday, hoping it will be okay. No I didn't cheat, just didn't eat even half my calories from Wednesday to Friday and didn't go to the gym, since I got a horrid stomach flu. I will withold the details, but you can imagine how bad it was when I left work early on Wednesday. I hope I show a loss even a little one just not a gain, from my body working against me. 4 Week Weigh In!

Well, wasn't sure if I was going to have a good weigh in or not, I didn't cheat or anything, just wasn't sure. So the result was awesome and suprising......3.4lbs lost last week. I am soooo proud of myself, and that makes it a total of 13.2lbs in 4 weeks. Still have 86.8lbs to go, but I will do it 10-20lbs at a time, and it's 13.2lbs less then I started with. Feeling Good and Proud of Not Cheating.

Well it has been a good week, got to the gym on Monday and Wednesday, so far and did great with my food. Eveyrone keeps asking me if I have cheated yet, like it's a given and I keep telling them that I have my cravings for my cheeseburger and my snickers bar, but NO I haven't cheated. When I look at how much money on spend on the JC food and the success I have been having I don't think it's really worth having something I shouldn't. I hope I will continue to feel this way even when I plateau

3 Week Weigh In and Food Discontinutation

Today's weigh in was a good one. I lost 2lbs which makes it a total of 10.2 lbs in three weeks. My hard work is showing and I am very proud of myself. I have craved my burger and snickers, but have not given in and it has been showing. I was upset with the fact that they have discontinued Chicken Fajitas, and the rising crust pizza. There are a couple more as well, but them I hadn't tried and not sure how they were. I don't understand why they aren't asking us the people that eat the food

Great Day for a Walk!

Well, today was a good day, I woke up early and relaxed with my two temp roommates. It was time to go to the gym and my poor dog Sashka gave me that puppy look (even though she is almost six) and I felt bad. During the week she knows I leave her to go to the gym and work, but the weekend, she really doesn't like it, and anyone that has a dog knows what I am talking about. Emotions and Weight Loss

This is my first time writing a blog, since I started JC. Monday will be my week three weigh in and I am feeling ok about it. Have been on track with the food and not to bad with working out. I have lost 8.2 lbs in the first two weeks and hope that the work I have put in shows on Monday as well.
