Bye Bye Week 2

Week 2 is behind me. Thank Goodness! Holiday meals were right in the middle of it and somehow I managed to somewhat stay on track...and I stress somewhat. Week 2 weigh in has resulted in a total loss thus far of 6 pounds, which I have to be honest, I am super excited about. I've tried numerous diets in the past and I've lost 2 pounds or 10 pounds after months and months of deprivation, which in turn makes for a grumpier me.
