I'm back

​ ​ Hi, my name is Renee and I am 29 years old. I have returned after 3 years and I find this time around its a bit more difficult than doing it the first time. I find myself wanting to eat "regular foods" but I know if I do, it will delay my weight loss process. I am trying to deal as best as I can buttttt its soooo hard. Especially with new surroundings! The easiest part is not drinking while on the program! However, I am proud of myself because this time around I am in the gym at least 3x
