I figured it out! If I exercise and eat Jenny, I lose weight...who knew? This seems kind of strange because I am not suffering like I used to when I was dieting . I was doing so well on Jenny when I remembered that once a month, I have a class that caters breakfast and lunch. I started to panic and then I pulled it back. I am on the second week of my Jenny Craig program and I am feeling good. I love that I have a place to come and write posts and respond to others.
