Happy Birthday to ME

All of last week I was looking forward to today, not only was it my second week weigh-in but also my birthday and i know I might of not had a loss and I knew i might be tempted to eat out for my birthday. Although I thought I hadn't lost since I had a huge loss on my first week but I was wrong, I did have a loss this week, I had lost 2 pounds, That was awesome to know! 1st Weigh In Results

"JD stop playing with your food!! LOL" as you can see I made them carrot fries again for lunch today. Week one is in the bag!!, Hello Week 2 Had my weigh in this morning, I had a loss of 8.4 pounds. Not bad for a big guy LOL Sticking to the plan helped me with this loss.. I'm sure the weight loss will level off to 1 to 2 pounds a week. Day 5, I feel like I lost some weight.

Day 5 and I feel like I lost some weight but there is no telling, I guess I gave to wait... my first week weight-in will be Saturday morning.. Until then I'll just keep sticking to the plan. I used to be on Jenny Craig back in 2008 and I lost a ton of weight. I know the program works so I'm back, I just need to be pacient.. follow the menu and the weight loss will happen once more. It helps if you also have a great support system in place. This is why I want to blog my good days and bad day

Day 4 and counting

Last week I woke up thinking about my weight gain and I was ready to do something about it and within hours I was doing something about it, I called Jenny Craig. I thought mentally I'd be prepared with the JC portions and not going out to eat but honestly the first 3 days have been tough. But I will eventually get used to this if I keep following my menu.
