And so it begins...

Well, today I took the first step and decided to join Jenny Craig. So what motivated me? I just turned 29 and I am going through some transition. I am back at school and just decided enough is enough. I want to lose weight! I have been heavy all my life and I need to take control. So, as I hope everyone else's journey is smooth, though I know there will be rough patches, I hope mine is as well. Good Luck everyone!
