About this blog

Starting Over Again. Today, April 1 is my first day back.  

I am a lifetime member but haven't been on the program for many years.  At almost 60, I am so tired of the yoyo dieting.  I have about 50 pounds to lose and am praying I will keep going.  It's up to me.
