My name is Camila, I'm a new mom to a wonderful baby named Liam. I have always struggled with my weight ever since my twenties, gaining and losing 10 or so pounds. Three years ago with regular exercise and a healthy diet I finally reached a weight I was feeling good at and maintained it for over a year. I slowly gained back 15 pounds so by the time I got pregnant I was already 15 pounds overweight.
Then I managed to gain around 60 pounds in my pregnancy , 20 of which I gained in the last trimester (Not even sure how I managed to do that). It's not only about fitting into my old clothes, it's about feeling like myself once again. Still when I take a picture I almost don't recognize my face.
I had lost 30 of those pounds already when my weight loss seemed to have stopped all of the sudden, so I decided to join Jenny once again to help me lose my extra 40 + pounds to be at my ideal weight.
Currently in my 4th week, I have lost 10 pounds already. Still feeling very motivated.
