Well just got back from my first week weigh in ... down 4.2 pounds today!!
What a great first week!! :D
It was a little hectic this week... and we ate out a couples times, but its all about choices and not letting a little bit of "real life" distract ya!
Each meal is a meal back on track...

Well it's Saturday...my 2nd day back on Jenny Craig! Yesterday went very well ...ate all food on plan and was satisfied all day. Today is going very well too! Hope your all having a successful weekend!
Its Friday! The weather here in Ohio is AWESOME today.. .sunny and almost 60 degrees!!!

I have been a member of Jenny Craig since 2007... I have lost 99 pounds since Jan 2006. I have kept my weight pretty much under control up until 2013 when I had a lot going on in my life, and then 2014 was really no better... LOL!
